Great news for our residents! Swimmers and sunbathers can now enjoy our pool daily from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Outdoor furniture have also been installed so you can chill, read a book, and soak up some sunshine while surrounded by lush greenery by Native Landscape Design.

We are excited to have brought on Mr. Daniel Chavez as our Director of Projects at ULS. In addition to overseeing our project operations, Mr. Chavez will supervise the completion of the Rose Apple Square construction, working closely with Urban Cambo Builders (our lead contractor) and AE Consultants, our architectural engineering partner.
