The Rose Apple team is excited to announce the opening of our mockup units at real estate showroom of Pointer Real Estate in Phnom Penh. Come by to walk into the full-sized studio or our 1 bedroom “Type-A". The interior décor led by Ms. Nataly Lee of SAAT Design gives you a sense of the people we look forward to living at Rose Apple Residences– young, creative and looking for perfectly designed spaces right in the center of the city.

ULS, the Developers behind Rose Apple Square travelled to Siem Reap from Phnom Penh this past weekend for the official groundbreaking. While a small event, we were all excited to see the first steps of the project underway.
Joining the event was ULS’ Managing Director Mr. Leang Kean and his family, Rose Apple Square’s Project Management and Sales team and Urban Cambo Builders, the lead construction contractor on the project.

The Rose Apple Square team has completed the preliminary assessment on the formwork collapse on the 2nd Floor of Block A. We are happy to announce there have been no serious injuries or any serious complications for the construction.
