"Love your own" has never been truer in the case of ULS' very own Sales Manager Ty Chea. Aside from promoting our development projects among investors, he is also a proud buyer of a condo at Rose Apple Square.
Ty has 17 years of experience as a real estate professional in Australia and six months in Cambodia as part of ULS. He and his wife are also avid real estate investors who own a broad spectrum of property types - landed property, a borey, land, and an apartment.

With the civil and structural works complete, we began painting the exterior façade and continued work on the outdoor adventure playground. In the residential section of the project, our team is currently installing doors, windows, and built-in kitchen cabinets.

This think tank focused on developing the next generation of policymakers will not be a closed-off space of policy wonks, but instead a vibrant co-working community open to members. What’s more, Future Forum’s founder Ou Virak will be bringing leading policy experts from both Phnom Penh and globally for talks and presentations on a range of issues

Rose Apple Square was excited to be one of the sponsors for the 26th Annual Angkor Wat International Half Marathon. Due to COVID restrictions, the event was pushed back from its traditional date at the beginning of December to Sunday, January 2nd.

December was a BIG month for the construction side. On December 30 we poured and topped off level 7 of the final section. This means that the largest structural works are now complete, and we’ll be directing our focus on all the other areas.
