"Love your own" has never been truer in the case of ULS' very own Sales Manager Ty Chea. Aside from promoting our development projects among investors, he is also a proud buyer of a condo at Rose Apple Square.

Ty has 17 years of experience as a real estate professional in Australia and six months in Cambodia as part of ULS. He and his wife are also avid real estate investors who own a broad spectrum of property types - landed property, a borey, land, and an apartment.

With the civil and structural works complete, we began painting the exterior façade and continued work on the outdoor adventure playground. In the residential section of the project, our team is currently installing doors, windows, and built-in kitchen cabinets.
