Terms and Conditions

• Limited to the first 20 new housemates only.
  
• Valid exclusively for fixed-term of 6-month & 12-month lease agreements.
• Valid for lease agreements that are made between 20 August 2025 and 31 December 2025.
• Exclusively available for direct rent with Commune.
  
• This offer is subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
• All applicants must complete Commune's standard application process, which includes a brief questionnaire and a virtual chat. This ensures that prospective members' values align withour core principles of community, respect, collaboration, and conscious living.
• Commune reserves the right to decline applications that may not align with the community's values and shared living principles.

Financial Terms

• Monthly Rent: The monthly rental fee will be paid upon arrival or the agreement signing day
• Security Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to one month's promotional rentis required upon signing the lease agreement.
  This deposit is refundable at the end of the agreement term, to cover any potential damages beyond normal wear & tear and settlement of any outstanding dues.
• Inclusions: The monthly rate includes:
  a. Fully furnished private roomwith en-suite bathroom.
  b. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout theproperty.
  c. Utilities (water, waste management).
  d. Weekly room cleaning and change of linens.
  e. Full access to all commonareas: shared kitchen, living room, pool, and co-working spaces.
  f. Free hot desk at Siem Reap House, coworking space.
  g. Free access to Bulldogs Fitness Center during your stay.
  h. Access to exclusive community events and workshops.
  i. Get a 10% instant discount at Kaifun café at Rose Apple Square & We Love Siem Reap Giftshop during your stay.
• Exclusions: Electricity for the private room will be billed separately based on individual meter usage.
  a. Electricity will be charged at $0.22/kWh.
  b. This rate is subject to adjustment following any changes made by the utility provider.

Early Termination Clause

• This promotional rate is contingent upon the fulfillment of the entire period of the lease agreement terms.
• Should the housemate choose to terminate the lease agreement before the lease agreement period is complete, a penalty will be incurred, and the security deposit will be deducted as coverage of early lease termination.
